How To Apply For A Footprint Expert™ Licence
What you get
A Footprint Expert™ licence provides full access to the entire suite of Carbon Trust product footprinting tools, including the Model Framework, Guide, Calculators, and Reference Database.
A standard single licence provides access for two named users. Any number of additional named users can be appended to the licence. All licences are annual and run from the day the licence communication e-mail is sent out.
How to apply
Applying for a Footprint Expert™ licence is a simple process.
- E-mail your interest to Footprint Expert™
- We will send a contract/application pack
- Complete the contract/application pack and return to Footprint Expert™. The contract/application pack will include payment instruction
- Once your payment has cleared, we will create your user accounts and e-mail the details to you
Fees
For direct customers: the licence costs £1,500 for a 1 year, 2 person licence. The renewal price for this licence is £1000.
For Consultant organisations: the consultant licence costs £9,000 for a 1 year, 1 consultancy organisation, multi-user licence. On renewal you are at liberty to allow multiple users employed at your approved consultancy to use the Footprint Expert™ tool to advise your own clients on their carbon footprinting requirements. Please note that it is a certification requirement that you hold a valid licence and that your customer holds a valid licence if they are submitting models for certification. The renewal price for this licence is £6000.
System Requirements
Carbon Trust Footprinting Company recommends that Footprint Expert™ is used on the following systems:
• Microsoft Excel 2003/2007/2010 only
• Windows XP only
Training
Training in Footprint Expert™ is essential to gain the full benefits of the toolkit. A variety of training courses are offered to suit specific needs of the participants. Please email us for details of the courses.
Consulting Companies
A separate fee schedule is available for consulting company users. Contact Footprint Expert™ for further information on fees and reseller options.
